Commander 2021 consists of five enemy-colored preconstructed decks thematic to the plane of Strixhaven and features 10 premium foil commanders. The set includes 81 new cards legal in Commander, Legacy, and Vintage (1 uncommon, 70 rares, 10 mythic rares). The 80 new rares and mythic rares are also available in non-foil, extended-art versions found exclusively in Strixhaven: School of Mages Collector Boosters.
Each Commander 2021 deck contains 1 foil-etched display commander card (replacing the oversized cards from previous Commander sets), a 100-card deck (including 2 regular foils), 10 double-sided tokens, a deck box and a life wheel. [source]
