We’ll send you another email to confirm we received your cards and begin processing your shipment at that time. A follow-up email containing an offer will be sent to you once processing concludes.

When should I expect to receive my offer?

An offer will be emailed to you as soon as we finish processing your collection. Shipments containing less than 1,000 cards will be fully processed within four (4) business days from when we receive them. Every additional 1,000 cards will require one (1) additional processing day.

I've accepted the offer. When do I get paid?

Once you've accepted our offer and confirmed your preferred payment method:

  • PayPal and Store Credit payments will be issued within two (2) business day. Sellers are responsible for all PayPal fees, which typically amount to approximately $1 USD inside the United States and $2 USD elsewhere.
  • Checks will be issued within three (3) business days

Can you provide me a list of all of the cards I sent you?

Using the Ship + Sell program, we are unable to provide an itemized list of cards, grades, or prices. If you are interested in receiving such, please submit your sell order via our buylist page.

What cards can I sell?

We will buy all Magic: The Gathering cards. Pricing will be completed on the same day we process your shipment, and any cards without individual prices will be purchased at the bulk rates that appear on our buylist.


Anything I should know before I ship my cards?

We recommend you securely pack your cards into something that limits movement, like an old deckbox or plastic card case. For larger collections, you may want to use something to take up extra space.

If our team needs to remove cards from sleeves and/or binders, please note that having to do so may increase the timeframes noted above.

Who pays for shipping?

The seller is responsible for any shipping expenses, fees, duties, or customs when shipping cards to us.

I’ve shipped my cards to you. Now what?

As long as your shipment was properly labeled, we'll contact you as soon as it is received Please note that improper labeling may delay us from doing so.

What happens if I decline the price you offer for my cards?

If you're unhappy with our offer, and live within the continental United States, we will return your cards to you at our expense.

If you live outside of the continental United States we will pay 25% of the return shipping costs. The seller will be responsible for any shipping-related costs beyond that.
